Mr. C.H. Over, formerly of this city, but who has been in the window glass business at Muncie, Ind., for a few years, has sued the Lake Erie and Western Railroad Company for $100,000 for the destruction of his glass works and consequent loss of business by reason of a spark from that road starting the fire that destroyed the plant. He is backed in his suit by the insurance companies that paid him $50,000 on his loss, and by the Hemingray Glass Co., whose factory was also destroyed.
