Notice of a publication entitled "The Hydro-Electric Plant at Trinity River, California," printed recently, has brought forth numerous inquiries for information on this installation, which shows that a project of this nature is of very general interest. The Allis-Chalmers Company will send to anyone interested a copy of its bulletin No. 1050 on alternating-current generators, waterwheel type. The publication mentioned contains a complete description of machines adapted to meet continuous service in the largest waterpower plants; illustrations of some of which are shown in the bulletin.
