Mr. Hemingray's Will Filed.

The will of Robert Hemingray, of the Hemingray Glass Co., was probated last week at Covington, Ky. The witnesses to the will were Richard P. Ernst and James R. Minor. It was intimated that the large estate left by the deceased was given in trust to his three sons, Robert C., Ralph G., and Daniel Hemingray, to be held by them intact for the benefit of his wife during her life, then to be divided among the surviving heirs. Robert C. is an invalid and could not qualify, but Ralph G. and Daniel qualified without bond. Mr. Hemingray was one of the wealthiest residents of Covington.
