Re-Elected Officers and Inspectors

The Pendleton glass tube and pipe works held its annual meeting yester­day at Pendleton, which was attended by Messrs. John O. Henderson, Leon O. Bailey, J. Fanning and R. C. Guptill of this city. The old officers were re-elected and also the directors. The capital stock was increased to $1,000,000. An English company has applied for a grant under which to manufacture the glass tubes in Great Britain and the home company has taken the matter under advisement.
