Break Ground for Insulator Plant

 

The Locke Insulator Mfg. Co., Victor, N. Y., has broken ground for the erection of its proposed new plant at Hanover and Light Streets, Baltimore, Md., to be equipped for the manufacture of porcelain insulators for high-tension electric service. The initial structures will be 190x107 feet, and are estimated to cost about $750,000.
