BUSINESS FACTORS

The California Glass Works of Long Beach, incorporated this week with $150,000 capital stock, will absorb the California Glass Insulator Co., which owns and operates a plant on Long Beach inner harbor property. Chas. L. Eshelman, the practical glassmaker now superintendent of the plant, will become manager of the manufacturing end of the industry and is a director in the new company, together with J. G. Orth, 1325 Maryland St., Los Angeles; Wm. Schade, 4117 Budlong Ave., Los Angeles; J. Morris and M. L. Orcutt. P. H. McPherrin, 1017 Union Oil Bldg., Los Angeles, is attorney. Arthur G. Munn, present manager, will retire.
