Hartford-Fairmont Beats Owens.

Hartford, Conn., Feb. 20. - Judge Thomas, of the Connecticut District Court, has decided in favor of the Hartford-Fairmont company, in the suit brought by the Homer Brooke and Owens companies, alleging infringement of the Brooke flowing device patent. Judge Thomas decides that the defendant does not infringe and dismisses the bill. This decision, which is of great importance, has been awaited with much interest by the entire glass bottle manufacturing trade.
