The Standard Flow Glass Co., with principal offices at Portland, Me., was incorporated at Augusta, Me., on January 22, 1899, with an authorized capital of $500,000; subscribed capital, $120; nothing paid in. The incorporators were Homer Brooke, J. C. Grant, G. W. Brown, G. F. Williams, C. W. Foster and G. E. Stevens.
