Pleasant City Factory Sold.

At receivers sale during the past week the Pleasant City, Ohio, glass house was sold to Phil. Kiechler of Cincinnati, who was trustee for the mortgages. The price paid was $3,025. This means that the original creditors of the company will get nothing. This factory formerly manufactured insulators, but it has been idle and in the hands of a receiver for about eighteen months. It is reported that Mr. Kiechler is negotiating with Cincinnati parties who are figuring on purchasing the plant and putting it in operation again. The factory and stock was originally appraised at $7,800. Much of the stock, however, had been disposed of and the property which was sold last week was appraised at about $5,000.
