COURT DECISIONS

Four cases from Westmoreland county were among the 150 decisions handed down by the Supreme court siting in Philadelphia. The cases which went up from the local court were commonwealth ex. rel. W. Irwin Hunter against James B. Small; McCune against the Pittsburg and Baltimore Coal company; Pennsylvania Gas and Coal company against Greensboro Gas company, and the Fry Glass company against the McKee Glass company and others. The higher court affirmed the decision of the local court in all the cases.
