FIFTEEN YEARS AGO Happenings of Interest in the Glass Industry Reprinted From the Glass Worker's Files of 1908. The Diamond Flint Glass Co., Montreal, Can., closed down their amber tank. A fire broke out in the cutting department and completely destroyed the building housing that branch of the plant. The loss by fire was estimated at $10,000, which was fully covered by insurance. · · |
