GAYNER GOES TO LYNCHBURG


Under the recent reorganization of the Lynchburg Glass Works, manufacturers of bottles and containers at Lynchburg, Va., J. W. Gayner, formerly vice president and general manager of the Gayner Glass Works, Salem, N. J., will become the active head of the company and factory. Mr. Gayner is reported to have acquired a substantial financial interest in the Lynchburg factory. Plans are underway to resume operations some time in September. In addition to making a complete line of containers, the factory will also produce glass insulators.

New officers of the company are: N. D. Eller, president; J. W. Gayner, vice president and general manager; W. H. Lloyd, secretary and treasurer. Directors of the company, including prominent business men of Lynchburg, are C. M. Guggenheimer, J. D. Owen, C. S. Snidow, R. C. Watts, D. H. Dillard, John Victor, W. H. Lloyd, J. W. Gayner and N. D. Eller.
