HENRY FLOY

 

Mr. Floy is a consulting engineer with an office in New York. He was in Syracuse Saturday and had a conference with Chancellor James R. Day of Syracuse University, after which although no official announcement was made the understanding is given that Mr. Floy would succeed William Kent as dean of the College of Applied Science. His undergraduate days were spent at Wesleyan his academic course there being followed by a course in engineering at Cornell. He lives at East Orange, N. J.
