No. 884. Samuel Oakman vs. Lorenzo C. Paul and another. No. 879. Lorenzo C. Paul vs. Samuel Oakman. - These are cross actions. The first is to recover $3050 for breach of an agreement entered into between the plaintiff and defendants relative to carrying on the business of manufacturing carboys and green glass at Cambridge, under the name of the Bay State Glass Works. The second action is to recover $3523.86 for moneys advanced and paid under an agreement made by the defendant with the plaintiffs relating to the manufacture of carboys. Jury out. E. C.
