GLOBE POTTERY GAINS PEACE

AND WILL INCREASE OUTPUT

Following litigation lasting more than three months, a settlement has been effected in the trouble between the Globe Pottery Company of Bordentown, and the original owners of the Ironsides Pottery. When the plant of the latter company was purchases by the Globe Company, notes were given and accepted by the original owners of the Ironsides Company.

When the notes fell due the Globe Company failed to meet them and suit was begun in the Court of Chancery to recover. By the settlement reached the notes are cancelled on record and the Globe Company is now in indisputed possession of the Ironsides plant.

Nothing has been lost pending the settlement, as the pottery has been running to its capacity and now the matters have been straightened out, more benches will be installed immediately and an extra force of sanitary pressers will be put to work within the next five days.

The Globe pottery interests are now controlled by John Cochran, George Cochran, William H. Williams and David Allen.
