Cadiz donor reluctant to pay because firm may make beer bottles

Cadiz is a truly good town, but when a subscriber to the glass works wanted to have an agreement that no beer bottles should be made there, the citizens thought it was time to draw a line, and the truly good proposition of the truly good subscriber was rejected.
