THE MANHATTAN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY COMPANY, New York, has purchased the patents, trademarks, business, manufacturing plant and stock of Huebel & Manger, Brooklyn. Messrs. Huebel & Manger will, in the future, have charge of the Manhattan Company's manufacturing plant in Jersey City. The complete lines of electrical supplies heretofore manufactured by Huebel & Manger will be continued, and many articles will be added to the list which the Manhattan Company is now manufacturing. This change in business will add about one hundred employes to the pay-roll of the Manhattan Electrical Supply Company, which, at the present time, foots up about $3000 weekly at the factory. This concern started in business twelve years ago with a capital of less than $1000, and up to the present time no money has been invested excepting the accrued profits, which have been reinvested in the business. The present capital stock of the company is $1,000,000.
