-- Mr. Henry Creighton informs us that he is "moving on the enemy's works" as regards the proposed telegraph from Julesburg to this city and Central. Wires and insulators for this part, between here and Central, have already left Nebraska City, and poles are being carted down to Julesburg from here. Work will be commenced on both ends of the line immediately. There has been much interruption on the Pacific Line of late, both this and the other side of Omaha, and indeed, on other lines beyond Chicago, which accounts for the meager irregular dispatches received here.
