TO BUY BRIDGETON GLASS WORKS. William and H. M. Brookfield of New York Secure Option on the Property. BRIDGETON, N. J., May 8. — The Bridgeton Hollowware Glass Works are said to have been sold this afternoon to William Brookfield, H. M. Brookfield, and B. M. Downs of New York. The works have been idle all Winter. It is said that the purchasers expect to start work in ten days. The terms of the sale were not announced. There is much, rejoicing, over the prospect of more work here. |
