INCORPORATED IN NEW JERSEY.

TRENTON, N. J., July 8. — The following companies were chartered here to-day:

Brookfield Glass Company, Old Bridge, Middlesex County; capital, $400,000. Incorporators — H. M. Brookfield, F. Brookfield, and B. M. Downs. The company is to manufacture glass and glassware of all kinds.
