The Independent Arm and Pin Company, successors to the manufacturing business of the Citizen's Electric Light and Manufacturing Company of Woodstock, Ill., has been incorporated with a capital of $100,000. The company recently opened an offie at 1018 Chamber of Commerce, Chicago. Marcellus L. Joslyn is general manager of the firm. The company manufactures crossarms, oak and locust pins and oak brackets. It has factories in Crystal Lake, Ill., Muscoda, Wis., Mize, Miss., and in North Carolina.
