ABOUT THE CITY.

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Locke and four sons who have been visiting at the Powell ranch on Snow Mass for a few days, left yesterday on the Grande for their home in Victor, New York. Mr. Locke and family have been coming to Aspen every summer for the past three years to remain for a short time in the mountains. Each year seems better than the last and they will return next summer to rusticate in the Crystal City of the Rockies. Mr. Locke is an expert electrician and travels all over the world to follow his profession.
