PERSONAL.

Mr. Henry Floy, consulting engineer, has been retained in a consulting capacity by the city of New York in connection with the removal of the aerial lines of the New York Central Railroad within the city limits. This case is now on hearing before the Public Service Commission for the First District of the State of New York. Mr. Floy has removed his offices from the St. Paul Building, 220 Broadway, to the City Investing Building, 165 Broadway.
