Branch factory, Kingsport, Tenn. Alexander D. Falck, president; Arthur L. Day, vice president; George B. Hollister, vice president; Eugene C. Sullivan, vice president; Wm. Sinclaire, secretary; John L. Thomas, treasurer. Bulbs, tubing, lamp chimneys, globes, lenses and lens blanks and conophone [sic] Conaphore lenses.
