Hemingray started their fall fires

Opening Up.

Hemmingray's [sic] Hemingray's glass works started their fall fires this morning, and scores of men are happy to be at work again.

Glass business is very brisk and the prospects are that all the western factories will have to run steady during the entire season to supply the demand.

The window glass manufacturers will hold a meeting in Chicago on the 19th inst. to decide when they will start their fires, but it will probably be September 1st or 15th,
