NEW YORK NOTES

FRED M. LOCKE, of Victor, N. Y., has recently issued a very neat and interesting pamphlet on the subject of his high insulation line insulators, steel pins, brackets, break arms, etc. The material is well illustrated and thoroughly described. Mr. Locke's work has lately been associated with some of the largest power transmissions in the country.
