THE NOTI INSULATOR COMPANY, New York, N. Y., has been formed with a capital stock of $25,000, for the purpose of manufacturing and selling glass and porcelain insulators for electric railways, electric light, telephone and telegraph. The incorporators are Albert Vickers, New York City, William Debb, Henry S. Newton and William Blackwood Smith, Syracuse, N. Y.
