Patrolman Deems Lands an Industry

Bicycle Thief.

Patrolman Deems last night jailed Harry Spalding on the charge of larceny and intoxication.

The young man came here from Covington, Ky., and works at the Hemingray glass works. He is a barber by trade and bears a bad reputation.

In some manner he entered Frank Albright's barber shop last night, stole a bicycle, and was attempting to sell it at Fickert's saloon for $3.50 when arrested. He is aged 22.
