HERE AND THERE.

The Standard Glass Insulator Co., which has been fitting up a plant on the site of the old rolling mill at Readville, Hyde Park, Mass., has begun active preparations for the manufacture of glass, and expect to have their furnace running in about two weeks. They will use oil for fuel.
