Furnace at Westinghouse to be complete Nov. 1

The Westinghouse Electric and Manufacturing Co., it is said, are to build a fourteen-pot glass furnace on Lacock street. Allegheny, and make incandescent lamps for their own use. It is said they may engage in the business on an extensive scale, and increase the plant. The present furnace will be completed, according to the contact, by November. 1.
