The Standard Glass Insulator Company has been organized at Portland, Me., for the purpose of manufacturing and dealing in glass, with $1,000,000 in capital stock, of which $300 is paid in. The officers are: President, Z. Shuman of Taunton Mass.; treasurer, L. B. Gray of Boston, Mass. Certificate approved October 19, 1892.
