Man hurt by wall blown down at Westinghouse factory files suit

When a portion of the Westinghouse glass factory in Allegheny city was blown down by the wind some time ago, as reported in the JOURNAL, A. M. Turner, who was walking along the street, was severely injured, and he has brought suit for $10,000 damages.
