THE U. S. ELECTRIC PORCELAIN COMPANY, of Findlay, Ohio, has been incorporated with $25,000 capital stock. The incorporators are J. S. Milligan, C. E. Wilhar, J. K. Henry, R. H. Sharp and C. E. Myers. The company will manufacture porcelain insulators and electrical specialties.
