Judge Tuley entered a decree winding up the affairs of the Chicago Insulating company. The decree finds that the Leonard Glass Works is entitled to $3,626. It is shown that the assets of the insulating company were worth only $25 and the decree provides that the stockholders must pay complainant's claim.
