MILL AND FACTORY.

·

·

The King City glass works at Fairmount, Ind., has never been considered much of a factory, but it will soon be one of the largest in that town. Wilson & McCulloch have commenced building a large tank, the size of the one at the north bottle house. The blowers are still working the furnace, but the work of erecting the large tank will be pushed rapidly, and the furnace will noo [sic] not be pulled down until the tank is nearly completed, and will only make a ten-day layoff. There will be 10 ring-holes in the tank, and will give several more people work.
