Another suit for damages for the destruction of a glass factory by fire is on trial before Judge Slagle in the Court of Common Pleas. It is that of the Wormser Glass Co., of this city, against the People's Natural Gas Co. The former contend that the fire was caused by defective mains of the defendant company, which allegation the latter deny. The case is still at hearing.
