The Wormser Glass Co. have made a claim on the city for $10,000 damages for loss sustained through the abandonment of the Four Mile Run road upon which their plant is situated. The opening of new continuous streets renders this road unnecessary, and it is about to be vacated. Hence the claim, and the Board of Viewers have it in hand.
