A MEETING OF THE STOCKHOLDERS of the "GREEN POINT GAS LIGHT CO.," will be held at the company's Buildings at Green Point, on FRIDAY, the 28th inst. at 3 o'clock. P. M., for the purpose of diminishing the capital stock of the Company to the sum of Forty Thousand Dollars, ($40,000.)
