Numerous Deals Now on Hand.


The past few days has demonstrated the fact that when you want a piece of property and think you are getting it a fair value you had better take it or you may be everlastingly too late.

DELAYS ARE DANGEROUS

And to act on the first impulse is now the rule. Yesterday afternoon a property which was offered at a certain figure was being considered by the purchasers, and while making up their mind, some more active individual came along, snapped up the piece and turned it before he went to bed at a little profit of $400.

Many men from Dayton, Sidney, Findlay, Cincinnati, and other places will be here next week and will buy large blocks of real estate if the prices are right. It seems that Dayton has taken an unusual interest here and some of their citizens said a few days ago that Muncie would be the

BIRMINGHAM OF THE NORTH.
