MUST HAVE HOUSES.

A large number of the workmen for the Muncie Nail Works are in the city. Many of them are looking for houses which they are unable to find. From now until the latter part of September the Nail Works will bring to this city over 700 people. They must have homes. If there were houses now many of the employes would move at once. On the first of September the Hemingray Glass Factory, the Over Glass Works, and the Marian Hart Glass Company will commence operations for the first time. None of the workmen are yet in the city. When they do come they must have places to live. At least 250 houses will be required for the men who come with these concerns. In a few days the Muncie Pulp Company will be in operation. More houses will be required for the employes of this concern.

Hundreds and hundreds of vacant lots are owned by the people of this city, and all should assist in getting these necessary houses.
