TRADE NOTES.

Among the most extensive glass manufactories in the South are the works of the Hemingray Glass Company at Covington, Ky. The products include all kinds of hollow ware, such as bottles of all sizes and colors, lamps, lamp chimneys, lamp and gas shades, demijohn, carboys, etc. A branch of the Hemingray company was opened in St. Louis, Mo., two years ago. The latter establishment constantly employees a force of about 350 workmen, whose combined product is an average of 360 tons of finished ware per month.
