The Barberton Pottery Company, of Barberton, Ohio, has a new general manager in the person of George C. Pryor, secretary of the company. Mr. Pryor succeeds Ambrose Cartwright, who was vice president and superintendent of the company, and who has disposed of all interest in the company to Mr. Pryor. Mr. Cartwright will return to East Liverpool, and will probably engage in business here, where he is well known as a capable and successful potter. It was due to Mr. Cartwright's efforts that the Union Pottery was gotten onto its feet in an unusually short time, he having been receiver of that plant up to the time of its purchase by the present management. |
