BOCH DISCHARGED FROM BANKRUPTCY
Noah W. Boch, the local potter, was discharged from bankruptcy by Judge Cross in the United States District Court this morning. Boch filed a voluntary petition on January 30, last. He had liabilities to the amount of $20,162.67 and his assets consisted of tools and implements worth $2,800. Another bankruptcy discharge that was granted this morning was that of James W. Van Dyke, of Hightstown. |
