Two New Incorporations.
William Burgess and W. Holt Apgar, of this city, and William Taylor, of Plainfield, incorporated the Hudson Porcelain Company Wednesday, filing a certificate at the county clerk's office. Francis B. Lee was one of the incorporators of the National Machine Company, also chartered Wednesday.
