WASHINGTON, N. J. — Washington Porcelain Company, recently incorporated is planning for the immediate erection of a large plant for the manufacture of electrical porcelain specialties. Herbert W. Sinclair, Frank F. Gardner, Paul Humphries, George Sinclair and A. F. Fenton, all of Trenton, are interested in the company.
