THE TELEGRAPH.

Every telegraph wire on the Union Pacific Railway near Sidney, Neb., is reported to have been cut recently by bullets from the revolvers of a lot of cowboys. All the glass insulators in the vicinity were also broken by the same means. Communication was interrupted for nearly a day.
