· · In the big lot sale on Monday of last week Dr. A. Henley sold 55 lots by noon. The land Co., had offered a watch to the firm selling the first fifty lots. The prize was awarded to J. H. Richards, and he now carries a fine gold watch as a memento of the days work. Dr. Henley did not compete for the prize.
