FLINT GLASS WORKERS.

Hemingray's non-union factory at Covington, Ky., will shut down this week, and unless a change is made in the general management, the present firm will dissolve. Mr. Hemingray desires to run a union factory, and take back his own men, but the other partners will not agree.
