As we have stated in the past few issues the Hemingray factory at Covington will make the start union perhaps this week or next at the latest. Daniel Hemingray was here last week negotiating with the flint officers for a settlement and he was told if he discharged all the scabs, union men would go to work. Information is received officially that he has complied with all demands of the union.
