The Diamond Flint Glass Co., of Canada, has been incorporated with a capital of $1,600,000, divided into 16,000 shares of $100 each. The directors are H. J. Wright, George Payne, Richard Credicott, W. J. Gilchrist and Henry Toynbee. The headquarters of the concern will be at Toronto and it has acquired the business and plant of the Diamond Glass Co. The charter also permits the company to deal in earthenware, so that there may be a jobbing business in connection with the enterprise.
